Vision for Fremantle

  • Opposing the transport of lead carbonate through the port of Fremantle.
  • Ensuring our professional fishermen and women get a fair go, in terms of all fishing rules, regulations and legislation introduced.
  • Continuing to support and stimulate our local economy by promoting local jobs and training opportunities for local people.
  • Continuing an effective working relationship with the WA Police Service, helping to further improve law and order in our community, and striving for a major regional police station to be built, as part of tackling safety and security issues.
  • Furthering our local community’s commitment to reducing the impact on the environment and beating the effects of climate change through various green initiatives.
  • Consulting with the community on issues important to the electorate of Fremantle.
  • Advocating for better funding for school maintenance and upgrades for our schools in and around Fremantle.
  • Advocating the use of sustainable transport options, such as continuing the CAT and FreoStar bus services, and further exploring alternative modes of transport that will have a more positive impact on the environment.
